Case Study: Caterpillar Computer Based Training
 Challenge: Caterpillar - Heavy Equipment & Engine Manufacturer requested certification training tools for dealer personnel to communicate the administration and processing of Caterpillar Warranty.
Approach/Results: RadGraphx confirmed and solidified all multimedia and print production specifications. Upon receiving the master disc, RadGraphx printed the 4-panel sleeve, completed die-cutting and assembly, duplication and individual shrink wrapping prior to shipment to various Caterpiller locations across the United States.
