Case Study: NFL Sunday Ticket 2002 Playbook Challenge: RadGraphx was put in charge of the design and print production of a marketing playbook, which had an extremely tight deadline and looked impossible right up to the end. The playbook had three separate versions of information, and it was imperative that final production and finishing be completed correctly.Approach: In order to facilitate an efficient production process, RadGraphx worked directly with the designer to coordinate the book in separate sections. Since the designer was in New York, RadGraphx used FEDEX first overnight on all layouts and proofs and sometimes multiple times daily since every hour counted. Results: The tabs were produced first since they had to be die-cut. Next came the cover because it had to laminate. The rest of the book arrived and was immediately put on press. We were given over 20 drop ship locations, each needing a different version. All production and mailing deadlines were met and the playbook was put to use immediately.
